What is it all about?

• Taking full ownership of the recruitment process.

• Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and run structured selection processes.

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, guiding them through multi-stage hiring journeys.

• Managing talent pipelines and ATS system while maintaining an active candidate database.

• Tracking and improving hiring metrics.

• Creating, posting, and promoting job openings, including preparing job descriptions and interview materials.

• Coordinating onboarding processes to ensure smooth employee integration.

What do we expect?

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the IT or tech sector.

• Fluent English skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Demonstrated success in hiring mid- to senior-level professionals using structured, multi-stage recruitment processes.

• Hands-on expertise in sourcing strategies and working with recruitment platforms and ATS tools.

• Comfortable collaborating with developers and technical hiring managers in a fast-paced tech environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex or sensitive discussions confidently.

• Self-driven and accountable approach, combined with a genuine passion for working with people.
