What will you do?

• Define end-to-end analytics and ML architecture
  

• Establish and enforce engineering standards and scorecards (AI driven)
  

• Drive productisation strategy across all modules
  

• Ensure modular, scalable, and maintainable system design
  

• Oversee CI/CD and lifecycle governance implementation
  

• Support elimination of client-specific code
  

• Lead structured knowledge transfer
  

• Reduce key-person dependency risk
  

• Interface with senior stakeholders
  

• Align platform evolution with future AI roadmap

Experience we’re looking for

• Strong Python engineering background

• CI/CD & MLOps understanding

• Architecture governance and best practices

• AI Driven development knowledge

Good to Have:

• Azure ecosystem experience

• Revenue Growth Management / pricing analytics domain knowledge

• Experience transforming delivery accelerators into product platforms
