We’re looking for a new Office Specialist to join our team in Zagreb! The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, the ability to multi-task, be people-oriented, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your role

• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

• Organization of all internal events (client workshops, visits, MeetUps, parties, team buildings, etc.)

• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

• Keeping the office clean and tidy

• Completing special projects for executives as needed

• Performing tasks conscientiously and independently

• Completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs

• Maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment

What we expect

• Energetic, positive and “will do” attitude

• Great attention to detail and high organizational skills

• The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time

• The ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment

• Excellent command of English, both written and oral (internal communication is in Croatian), additional language is an advantage

• Strong communications and relationship-building skills to effectively support and connect with a diverse and valuable team

• Drivers license (B category)

• Previous experience in the same or similar positions is an advantage

It would be awesome if you have

• PSPO Certification or a strong background in the Product Management domain.

• Experience in Change Management within large-scale, long-term client engagements.

• The ability to create wireframes or prototypes to visualize requirements.
