We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the Head of Engineering and Delivery role within the department covering US and UK markets. This position is central to the success of a sub-vertical, combining strategic, technical, financial, and people management responsibilities to ensure delivery quality and achieve company goals.
Your role
Implementing company and vertical strategy and goals, including aligning team activities with the company's strategic goals.
Maintaining full financial insight (P/L, budgets, expenses) and monitoring key sub-vertical metrics (utilization, billability, efficiency, delivery quality).
Providing strong leadership and people management by supervising, motivating, and developing direct reports and teams.
Defining and refining roles, setting team and role targets, and managing the education budget.
Building and maintaining close relationships with key clients and taking full responsibility for project delivery and success.
Supporting sales and presales during lead qualification and participating in client calls.
Managing the whole sub-vertical budget, including salaries, tools, and licenses.
Handling administrative duties for direct reports, such as salaries, bonuses, and vacation/overtime tracking.
Participating in workforce planning and being actively involved in internal and external recruitment, including conducting tech interviews.
Staying updated on industry trends and monitoring software quality metrics.

Client Relationship Management: Competent in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Strategic & Administrative Acumen: Ability to handle administrative duties effectively, including budget management.
Communication: Strong communication skills for internal team coordination and external company representation.
Technical Guidance: Ability to oversee code/output/quality metrics and ensure high-quality deliverables.
